2026 Hamler Country Fest Camping Regulations

Campers may arrive beginning at 7pm Wednesday, May 13

and must be removed by Monday, May 18

Firelanes MUST be kept clear of ALL vehicles.

1.   A pre-paid camping permit guarantees a camping spot, but not a specific spot.

     - We will do our best to keep returning campers in their previous year's spot.

     - We will do our best to keep groups together.

Please contact 419-748-7459 to request to be camped with others.

2.   Vehicle parking at campsite is NOT guaranteed. No more than ONE vehicle per campsite.

3.   Food and beverages ARE permitted at campsite but are NOT permitted to be carried into the fest. Food & beverages available for purchase inside fest gates. Beverages are not permitted to leave fest gate.

4.   All sites are primitive camp sites, on mowed grass, with no electricity.

5.   NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED. Barbecues and fully enclosed fire pits are OK as long as the flame is fully contained by steel plate or steel mesh. Never leave unattended. Leave NOTHING behind.

6.   There is no potable water available to fill your camper. You must bring your own water for your camper. There is drinking water available from the sinks in the bathrooms.

7.   There are bathrooms available, but no showers.

8.   There is no sewage dump site available on site. All grey water and sewage must be transported off of the premises.

9.   No pets allowed.

10.   Please be considerate of others with the noise throughout the night.

11.   There will not be on site security throughout the night.

12.   In the event of a very heavy and continued rainfall the camping areas may be limited. Some rainfall is OK and will not limit the areas. The Hamler Community Park Board shall decide if camping will be limited due to rain. Please consult our Facebook page for updated rain information.
